Project Description:
The project proposes to establish a coalition of grassroots community-based organizations that will increase the availability of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment services.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
There will be a significant reduction in the rate of HIV/AIDS by increasing the service capability of CBO's that are part of the network.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Significant decreases in the occurrence of HIV/AIDS in the most highly affected areas of the state.
