Intense 9 month hands-on culinary education and training for youths in the State of Florida, who have been determined to be at risk by virtue of delinquency, dependency or other socio domestic and economic causes. |

Services Provided/Benefit to State: |

|
Benefits realized include reduction in juvenile delinquency, enhancement for delinquency prevention, increased skills for new workforce entries and major cost savings with regard to adult incarceration and maintenance. The program currently has a full time qualified student development counselor observing and implementing retention, counseling and intervention support strategies daily. |
