The Family Visitation Center is a line-item in the budget of the Department of Children and Families and has been designated for elimination due to the huge increase in the number of children being placed in emergency shelters. |

We provide the only two facilities in District 4 where children and parents can have safe, regular and frequent visits, after the court has so ordered. |
