As part of a community revitalization project, a 23,150 sq. foot clinic will be built.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Medical, dental and environmental health services. This will improve the health of the community due to greater access to preventive health care.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Increased health care access for low-income minorities; increased immunization rates; improved infant mortality. address racial and ethnic disparities in health outcomes.
