Project Description:
Comprehensive health care, shelter, food, case management and support services for Monroe County residents living with HIV illness.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
This funding provides greatly needed resources to address a health problem that affects all age groups, ethnic groups and genders. Benefit to the State is assurance of quality care for indigent HIV/AIDS population in Monroe County.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Longer lifespan for AIDS patients and reducing the dependency on welfare funds. Delivery of appropriate levels of care and services to all eligible county residents.
