Child Care, Job Development, Abstinence, Emergency Services, Elderly Services, ESOL, Creole Literacy to primarily Haitians.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
1-) Approximately 35% of Haitian entrants pass trough into American Life. 2-) 900 Clients served each day.
