The Children's Village is a cluster of typical family homes with professional foster parenting and coordination of all services to meet children's special needs.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Permanent placement of long-term foster care and hard-to-adopt children with siblings groups intact.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Stable placement, placement of sibling groups, improved academic performance and behavior of children. Other long-term outcomes will be tracked.
