Construct an innovative treatment system that will control stormwater pollution and runoff. This park will also provide a unique recreational opportuity for Port Orange residents and restore Rose Bay.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Recreational opportunities and the restoration of the once productive waters of Rose Bay, an Outstanding Florida Water.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Opportunities for recreation and restoration of Rose Bay, as described above.
