Improve highway capacity and interconnect SR 434 with John Young Parkway, which is under design in the City of Orlando. Creates a combined highway/transit corridor for 2 miles of SR 434 as part of a sub-regional Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Circulator System. Creates a parallel alternative roadway to I-4 which would facilitate creating a six (6) land roadway from Kissimmee to Altamonte Springs |
