Project Description: |

||
This project is a school-based program for 4th & 5th grade students focusing on providing conflict resolution, anger management skills and mentoring to reduce discipline referrals and improve student performance. The Aftercare program provides extensive contact with male and female delinquent youth that have completed residential treatment programs in order to successfully integrate youth back into their communities. |

Early Intervention: Over 650 youth will receive services throughout 6 Title I targeted schools; over 100 of these youth will receive intensified services through mentoring and/or special needs groups. Aftercare: An average of 104 youth will be served at any given time for an average length of stay of 6 to 9 months; over 200 youth will be served annually. |
