Purchase & acquisition of adjoining land and buildings for expansion of Residential, Day Treatment, and Out Patient Programs of at risk youth.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
In the area of bahavioral and substance abuse problems including Mental Health Prevention, Intervention and treatment services for at risk youth by State Contract and Court referral and private referral.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Reduction in juvenile crime, incarceration and drug use, and the additional capability to provide above services to increase by 50-percent.
