Construction of a 30,000 squ ft facility specifically designed to serve 150 adult day care participants, 200 nutrition participants and comprehensive community based services including day health care and monitoring, personal care, Alzheimers and dementia specific respite care. These services will target low income, minority, socially/economically needy, and physically and mentally disabled clients 60 years and older. |
