Acquisition of property to improve facilities and services to blind clients.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
We need to improve the quality of services by adding an Art and Craft teacher, a driver, and an orientation and mobility teacher. A full course of mobility intruction, including residential, business and public transportation is essential . The services expected to be provided in the next year will be approximately 30,000 units.
