Project Description:
Train teachers statewide in methods to self-empower minority children for school and work success and to access the effects of this training on children in the classroom.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
200 teachers trained; 6,000 students impacted: improvement in grades and work readiness skills and decreases in behavior problems of these children.
