Project Description:
This is a collaborative effort with the University of Florida, the University of North Florida, and NEFEC districts to establish mentoring groups among principals to more effectively develop and utilize professional development plans for teachers so as to impact the reading achievement of children.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
The Academy will provide ongoing assistance and support to principals to improve principals' effectiveness in working with teachers to improve teacher performance.
