This project will provide for the planning, design and construction of the roadways, utilities, drainage systems, and related infrastructure to convert the abandoned Navy base portions of the Orlando Sanford Airport into a viable Commerce Park and Foreign Trade Zone for industrial and commercial development. |

|
Once construction is completed, several hundred acres of former military property can be fully utilized for economic development purposes. Private industries can then locate on the facility, which has the potential to generate over 1,000 jobs for the community. |
