Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

Progress is reported annually to the State and in the scientific literature, and judged by scientific advisors.  New therapies are introduced for clinical use as they become established.  Millions of Americans are survivors of traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries.  There are an average of between 2000-2500 new injuries in the State of Florida, annually, and the state is the payer of last resort for all of tese individuals' medical needs.  This will reduce the cost of care and improve the quality of life of trauma survivors.
