Project Description:
The Pediatric Nurse Coordinator positions provide cse management, coordination and continuity of care for CMS patients in Pediatric Surgery, Orthopedics, and Urology. These positions also educate families on special pediatric care issues, monitor quality of patient care, & consult with other health care providers
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Eliminate the gaps in service that can occur with children from all areas of the state seen in one tertiary center.
