Project Description:
Continuance of K-12 Challenge Grants Program with funds provided to each local public school district education foundation and are proportionately allocated to each public school district foundation on the basis of matching $4 with every $6 of private funds. Matching funds will support on going literacy mentoring and educational programs currently being administered by each education foundation.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Improved student performance in reading, writing; measured increase in private sector involvement with public education.
