Project Description:
Engineering,construction, permitting, land aquisition, and administrative costs associated with wastewater treatment plant upgrade. The existing trickling filter system currently handles approximately 26% of total flow. The City is currently looking at a Sequencing Batch Reactor treatment plant.

Elimination of effluent into Chipola River.
