Install FDOT standardized traffic signal Mast Arms on State Road 421, the evacuation route for Port Orange and surrounding areas, from U.S. 1 west to Interstate 95.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Protection of over 65,000 lives in Port Orange and the surrounding communities of Daytona Beach, Ponce Inlet, Daytona Beach Shores, and New Smyrna Beach.
