Project Description:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The right-of-way support, and design for the Truck Route (State Road 263) to Wahnish Way would advance the movement of economic growth and facilitate proper utilization of Leon County's southern region which links two state universities, Florida State and Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.  This project will sustain mixed land use district of residential, retail, and commerical revitalization for multiple modes of transportation.  This system preservation will provide grater transportation opportunities- bicycle, pedestrian, transit and auto-on an existing corridor which links two Universities, if access to the community transit resources are implemented.  Finally, these routes are the primary ingress/egress to the Tallahassee Regional Airport serving all air transportation vistors to the Capitol City and contiguous region.
