A pass that would allow Water Craft to exit into the Gulf of Mexico between Pensacola and Destin, Flroida
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Would enahnce water quality with a three(3) way circulation flow, safety andprovide quick response to Shore Emergency Vehicles, thereby reducing life saving time from Destin or Pensacola
