This project is essential to establish priorities for improvements to the transportation network that enhances and supports regional and statewide economic growth. This project will provide support to other activities that are currently funded. Timely and accurate travel information will be made available for the public and commercial users of the transportation network. |

Measurable Outcome Anticipated: |

Preservation of existing transportation infrastructure, enhancement of economic growth and competitiveness, and improved travel choices to insure mobility; these will all be measurable outcomes of the implementation of this project. The goal is to reduce travel delay by fifteen minutes in the downtown area and to reduce the pressure for construction of additional lanes. |
