The Tampa-Hillsborough Urban League is in the process of renovating the historic West Tampa Centro Espanol building located at 2306 N. Howard Ave., Tampa, Florida. The building is being renovated to house a community service/cultural arts center and the headquarters of the Tampa-Hillsborough Urban League. The facility will also include a skills training center, which will provide education, employment, housing and youth development services to the residents of the surrounding community as well as residents of census tracts having the lowest socioeconomic indicators within the city limits of Tampa, Florida. |
