To construct state of the art facility for marine mammal research, medical response and rehabilitation and veterinary traning on the campus of Harbor Branch Adjacent to the River Lagoon.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Using emerging video conferencing and internet technologies, deliver veterinary instruction state wide to veterinary schools, public aquaria and oceanariums.
