Project Description:

Construction of a High-Tech Training Center on I-4 Corridor. A workforce/business technology center of approximately 61,000 square feet will be established on the I-4 corridor in Seminole County in the heart of the corporate development area between the interchanges of State Road 434 and Lake Monroe.  This location is optimal for access by employer and employees in the rapidly growing Lake Mary/Heathrow area.  The mission of the Center will be to promote seamless education and training opportunities for current and potential information technology businesses and employees along this section of the Corridor.  Courses will be offered in formats and time- frames that meet the needs of the clients.  Through tuition reimbursement programs offered by companies to on-the-job training via Distance Learning at the workstation, the Center will encourage employee advancement up a career ladder through continuing their education.
