Project Description:
Replacement of Grand Lagoon Bridge on Thomas Drive (CR3031) over Grand Lagoon. The project includes replacement of a two-lane bridge with a four-lane bridge with bicycle/pedestrian lanes and standard shoulders. The project also includes widening of approach roadway to match existing four lane roadway width on each end of the bridge and modifying the channel to imporve upstream water quality. The bridge is eligible for federal matching funds.
