Project Description:
Air Conditioning and heating system in Courthouse in need of major repair. Courthouse designed in early 1970's was built as a sealed dependent upon central air and heat. System breaks down regularly.

An operating environment that will function allowing for smooth and uninterrupted state and local services for resident of state and Taylor County.
