The Florida Assocation of District School Superintendents provides a comprehensive leadership devlopment program of Florida Superintedents. Leadership development opportunities are availbale to superintendents as soon as they are appointed oe elected to the superintendency beginning with New Superintendents Orientation and continuing throughout their superintendencies. |

The output of this program will be high qulaity training institutes and other leadership development services provided to superintendents and other educational leaders.
