Planning and design of wastewater facilities to allow the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority to move quickly forward to the contracting and construction of wastewater treatment projects.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Preparation of detailed planning and design facilities will allow the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority to move quickly forward to the contracting and construction of wastewater projects expeditiously, resulting in improved water quality in the Keys.
