Renovation of State of Florida Tuberculosis Hospital including such projects as replacing the existing emergency generator, repairing the water storage tank so that the hospital may remain independent of city water, performing kitchen modifications to eliminate hazardous working conditions and to increase efficiency and a variety of life safety issues such as installation of a fire sprinkler system and replacement of handrails and worn and non-functional water valves and fire hydrants.
