The Project is to perform the necessary tasks and research to analyze the area bounded by SW 168th Street on the North, US 1 and 97th Avenue on the East, SW 184th Street on the South and Homestead Avenue and 100th Avenue on the West for a finding and declaration of necessity as to slum and blight.  This study would be used  to support and further the process for a Redevelopment Tax Increment District in accordance with Florida Statute 163.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

 

 

 

 

 

A study which documents the required finding and declarations of necessity as to slum and blight in order to form a tax increment district pursuant to Chapter 163 of the Florida Statutes.
