Project Description:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Renewing Lives is a Residential Transitional Living Project for youth between the ages of 13 and 17 who are homeless; have a prior history   if   delinquency; and are at-risk (truant, runaway, drop-out) and a threat to public safety.  The services include: Behavior Modification; Life     Skills   Training; Mental Health Overlay; Education; Health Services; Case Management; Conditional Release (Aftercare, Mentoring, Independent Living).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
