Project Description:
Provides a matching service for youth to meet mentors and provides over 24 group activites for youth in the program.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
To match 400 youth w/ screened mentors by June 30,2002. 95% of youth matched with mentors from July 1,2001 to june 30, 2002 will meet goals in the individual case plan.
