House an accessible, centrally located, multi-use elder friendly facility providing an ease of access to the continuum of long term care, expand the operations base for comprehensive home and community based services and expand partnerships with acute care facilities such as hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Unite a full spectrum of services to accommodate the able bodied as well as the functionally impaired elderly.
