Project Description:
Third and final phase of a 10-year building project that will provide expanded clinic facilities, renovations include meeting fire safety codes, and secure and efficient data management resources. The third floor addition to the existing CMS Center Building will provide DOH with a central facility for major maternal/child health statewide data information management, surveillance and reporting capabilities, designed to ensure security and confidentiality of data. The Perinatal Data and Research Center has experienced a four-fold growth in statewide DOH information management functions, including analysis, evaluation and reporting services.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Increased efficiency in operation of PDS, elimination of repair costs from water damage, increased clinic visits, compliance with four codes, available space for expanding programs.
