To renovate the 2nd and 3rd floors consisting of: repairing floors, walls, window treatments and the ceiling, electrical upgrades, extended HVAC capacity, carpeting and furnishings and some external renovation including painting and gutter installation. The Ormond Bch Historical Trust Fund operates a Welcome Center at this site. Completing the renovation will provide a space for community groups and programs. It will add to the echotourism of the city, county, and state. This site has housed the city's tennis administration center for over 20 years. |
