Health, Human Services, Education, and related system improvements.  Systems will include an advanced Community Resource Inventory targeted low-income neighborhood projects, and the Broward Imformation Network, unique interagency computer system.  Publications will include the annual Broward Benchmarks report and special reports on youth senior citizens.
