Health, Human Services, Education, and related system improvements. Systems will include an advanced Community Resource Inventory targeted low-income neighborhood projects, and the Broward Imformation Network, unique interagency computer system. Publications will include the annual Broward Benchmarks report and special reports on youth senior citizens.

Improved Health, Human Services, Education, Juvenile Justice and other services through formal interagency partnerships.
