Nine months hands-on culinary education and training for youth in the State of Florida who have been determined to be at risk by virtue of delinquency, dependency or other socio-economic and domestic causes

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

 

 

 

 

 

The Cetary Program has already achieved placement of youth into the workforce at employable sectors (i.e., hotels, restaurants, guest services, etc), thus creating a new generation of young adults.
