||
The BRIDGES Program is an intervention program built on cooperation and collaboration between parents, schools, and community services. BRIDGES addresses escalating behaviors and/or at risk issues of identified youth that are between the ages of 10 and 17. This comprehensive family based program is designed to provide support essential to families and seeks to create better communication, build healthier behaviors in youth and protect teens. By fostering positive family life styles, building effective communication skills, and using appropriate problem solving techniques, families are more likely to understand and use appropriate behaviors. |

1. To increase the number of participating families who successfully complete the program. 2. To increase the number of families who show an improvement in the family discipline practices and family communications. 3. To reduce the number of behavior problems of youth who have successfully completed the BRIDGES program and are enrolled in school. 4. To reduce the number of re-offenders of the youth who have successfully completed the BRIDGES program and are on Community Control Status or Committment Status. |
