To renovate 2nd and 3rd floors consisting of repairing floors, walls, window treatments and the ceiling; electrical upgrades, extended HVAC capacity, carpeting and furnishings and some external renovation including paiting and gutter installation. The Ormond Beach Historical Trust operates a Welcome Center at this site. Completing the renovation will provide space for community groups and programs. It will add to the echotourism of the City, County and State. This site houses the City's tennis admidnistration center and has for over 20 years. |
