Collabrative State of Florida/Dreams are Free improvement of quality and availability of services to children with special learning needs and to parents and teachers of those children.

Through supportive education, students with special learning needs have measureable outcomes in education success through college level, productivity in community, peristance on job, reduced behavorial problems and lessened criminal involvement.
