CHANT is designed to offer inovative short-term education and training sessions to youth groups about effective food product use through healthy and knowledgable buying, healthy cooking, healthy eating; hence healthy living.  The program will be delivered in Miami-Dade county as a pilot project with a one-year duration.  The project will offer youth groups both theory and taste through the hands on approach and use of actual food products.
