Develop programs and exhibits at the museum that stress the unique Greek influence and the sponge trade's impact on the settlement and growth of the area and of an ecotourism program based on the natural beauty of Spring Bayou and its growing manatee population.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
An increase in tourism of 30% and local manatee protection of 25%.
