Mental health and substance abuse services to African Americans who suffer from mental illness and/or substance abuse problems. Individaul and group therapy and day treatment services to those who need services but cannot afford the cost of careor do not qualify for Medicaid. Funds will also cover cost increases in rents for an alternative facility. |
