Project Description:
To allow utilities located in what has been the usual wastewater residual spreading counties (Okeechobee, Martin & St. Lucie) a means of reimbursement for cost connected with FDEP approvesd sludge treatment for a period of time that wilol prove that sludge need not be spread especially in the Lake Okeechobee watershed and also allowing time for local utilities to produce revenue to pay for such treatment.
