Project Description:
Heritage for Black Children, Inc. serves as an advocate for the success of all families by providing parenting and family support services that encourage, educate, direct, and assist in the preservation of the family unit.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
100 families per year will participate in the Prevention and Family Preservation Program as follows: a- an increase in the number of families able to remain together b- a decrease in the number of at risk families c- an increase in the number of adoptive placements d- an increase in the number of families seeking services
