The AIDS Insurance Continuation Program (AICP) continues to pay for health insurance coverage including copayments and deductibles for Florida residents that are diagnosed with AIDS or are HIV Symptomatic and cannot afford their private health insurance premiums. |

|
With the additional request for $975,210 we anticipate the AIDS Insurance Continuation Program will save the State of Florida $10.14 in health care costs for every dollar spent on the program. Between 1995 and 1999, the AIDS Insurance Continuation Program has saved the State of Florida over $111.3 million in health care costs. |
