Project Description:
Memorial Presbyterian Church was built by Henry Flagler between 1889 and 1890, in memory of his daughter Jennie. The building containes 84 spectacular stain glass windows, created by the noted craftsman, Herman T. Schladermundt. This appropriation will alllw the Church to renovate these windows. This project was ranked #9 by the Historic Preservation Advisory Council.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
The restored windows will bring the building closer to its original state. This facility draws nearly 100,000 visitors annually.
